Hey I have 2012 proclimb with cpc running 11 lbs. . Have 3000 miles on it (no issues) but looking to see if there's bottom end gains for the secondary going to straight cut. (38/44) right now. Would the straight 36 and stock secondary spring be enough? Also have stock 2012 gear ratio but with 7 tooth drivers. Attitude industries makes a new straight cut (don't know angle) that's claiming good bottom end response.

I've got a str 44 right now with stock spring. Have not had it out at elevation yet, just around home, seams pretty snappy, will see on a real ride in a couple weeks. Will report back. Sled is a 16' with 925 and gtx 2871. Mc chain case, 8t drivers tki belt drive, MDS primary weights 84 grams to start.

You will like the straight 36 for back shift at slow speed off boost driving but there is almost no way the 36 will allow for quick enough up shift when the boost hits. Your current helix can work with a good spring or go with the helix # Wyo said.
