Help w Rino 650

I just updated from my Rino 530HCX to the 650. All in all its a definite upgrade but I have a few problems that I can't figure out. Is there a way to start and stop the tracks feature on the 650? It seems like its constantly in track mode. Also, when I plug the 650 in to mapsource and try to download my tracks, the software doesn't see the tracks I saved....it just downloads the current track (which is a track from walking around inside my house because I can't turn it off). Any help with this??
