Wow that is just plain nuts. This is why you ride prepared at all times. Had they not actually seen the guy get buried, shovels and beacons could have come into play here in this rather flat meadow.

I was filming and also leading the group, I make sure to keep a close eye on who is behind me, thankfully so do the rest of the people I ride with. Sure is an eye opener!
