What are the odds of Polaris doing to us what doo did in 17 and make some in season 2019 840's for the dealers?

Not suppose to, they were making SC worth it again!

Pretty much the first thing that came to my mind!!!! They made a big deal about the 850 only being available during snowcheck. If they now come out and release some for normal sale, I think that would piss several snowcheckers off!

Makes me wonder why I am buying a 18 cat. I keep expecting the 800 axys to go down in price but I bought my 17 brand new 2 Febuarys ago cheaper than I can even find new or used with under 300 miles now....

Polaris said that there is no 850 unless you snow check. I think this will be the only year though, mostly because of production demands. Next year we will probably be back to an overpriced snow check and cheaper sleds around the beginning of the year. I'd like to see them keep the snow check unique though.

They are doing it just like DOO did with the release of there 850. First year it was just part of the lineup with the 800 remaining in some base models.

Making snowcheck worth it is good to see because when you have holdover 800's selling for 3-4k less then a snowcheck 800. Its really hard to justify the custom color for that kinda money when the sled stays the same. the '20 model year I see as being available in season.

99% of model designations don't match the exact cc's of the engine...all brands and types of vehicles since the beginning of time. Why people have decided this one needs to....not sure

I dont know anyone who called the 800 HO an “800” everyone always referred to it as the 795.
