Just finished my first turbo install. What a LOT of work!! So far, I am VERY impressed with the end result. Took it for a short ride to check for leaks and do some initial tuning and so far I couldn't be happier! CPC makes a top notch kit. The fit and finish is awesome. Every bit of this kit is well thought out. Here are some pics:

Two suggestions for ya . . . You might want to re-think mounting your EGT guage on the hood, if you roll that thing and lose the hood your gonna regret mounting it there. Also, throw that lefty throttle in the garbage, you wont need it on a cat, and they cause nothing but trouble. Nice sled!

Thanks snowcatter. The lefty throttle is coming off. I actually have never used it since I put it on! On the 05 summit I had, it was a necessity. As for the hood mounted EGT's, if I roll the sled and lose the hood I think I will have more problems than just that gauge mount! Wouldn't a handlebar mount be more exposed to a roll?

Possibly, I have mine mounted halway under the mountain bar, so it seems good sofar:beer;

I would consider mounting the ECM more to the center. I originally had mine in the same location as yours on a Turbo M7. Maybe you never lose your sled or have it roll over against a tree. I did on a slick Spring day and the computer was smashed, diodes in the belly pan! It wouldn't run right so three of us had to drag it out for hours to get to the trail - tough day pulling up hill! I got a used replacement ECM for around $400. I like it better in the center area where it's protected. Just my experience.
