2010 Apex MC-XPRESS Turbo Kit
The Apex now has the turbo moved up behind fuel tank so we can use a much quieter muffler .
It moves the turbo a least 12 in forward .Then we use the same air intake as our Nytro Kit .
Erik at MC-XPRESS Sweden has been testing this for about three years now and has been very happy .
Erik is also about to start testing on the New 2011 Apex with power steering .

MC-XPRESS Ski-Doo 1200R 180 Hp kit
After the sucess of our Yamaha Nytro 180 hp kit, we also made some tests with a stock compression turbo on the SkiDoo 1200. The result was perfect. We can already tell that this kit will be a big seller. The installation is rather simple. This kit is complete and requires no adjustments. The air fuel ratio is right at any altitude and the power maintains at higher altitude. Stock muffler is used and it makes the noise level very low. The price of this turbo kit is like the noise level. But most important of all, it is very nice to ride.

Ahh This is one of the most beautiful snowmobile I have seen,
the color of the tunnel is just lovely, have just fell totally in love this color of the tunnel:heart:
Is there anyone who can say exactly what color it is or could have been so kind and gave me the color code for this color I had been very fond.
Like and powdercoat my tunnel with this color, please help.

Nope, this is the same color as mine and it is just polished and painted, call chad at CR and ask him for exact color code but this is definitly not anodized. Thanks

It's just absolutely beautiful the color you have in the tunnel, fits extremely well with the white color.
Have ordered my Timbersled Mtn tamer suspension back in the red color, and is very eager to finish the tunnel and get into the red color you have on the tunnel.
Do you now if chad is here on this forum?

Mark Leipheimer's MCXPRESS Tunnel Dump Muffler
This is my Proto Type Nytro Tunnel Dump Muffler that I developed and tested last season for the MC-XPRESS 19T Race Kits.
It is not as quiet as the MCX muffler but is less restrictive.
I have seen boost increases of up to 3-4 PSI after installing this muffler.
In testing I found that it created a slight lean spot in the mid range at part throttle.
I have new mapping that corrects the boost pressure increase and a new fuel map.
The OEM tunnel cooler must be removed or cut to shorter lenght.
Fits very good in a CR Tunnel.
I should have the first shippment in about 30 days but no pricing yet.
The Muffler will be coated and have a O/2 bung .
