What fuel can I run if I am pushing 13 lbs boost in revelstoke (4-7000ft ish). Its a boondocker kit, with intercooler. Can I get away with straight av? or do i need to run straight vp111? or can i run a mix? what is the max boost i can run on straight vp 111? Thanks in advance.

I'm running 13.5 lbs boost @ 6000+/- on straight 110. I wouldn't want to try mix at that level of boost. I'd be really interested to hear if you run lower and it works okay, but I figure it's not worth the risk. (BD RG w/the big intercooler on M8.)

Dont worry, your det sensor will let you know. I was running 25% 111 with pump and when my boost hit 12 lbs the det sensor went off. Now I stick below 10lbs.

the POS deto sensor is far from an ideal piece of instrumentation for knocking.....hince the reason cat does not have one on the M1000;)

i got my M8 knock sensor on the frame, cant get it to shutup above 13lbs.....over 1500 miles on the same stock engine
