psi lo 22 32 46 was what i ran all last year. i also had to clean up the 3000 lo -10 and 5000 lo -10.

I tried programing mine up in the hills last year, found it worked much better to find a good long straight stretch at the lowest elevation you will be riding and then tune at the RPM's on the controller watching EGT Temps and O2 readings if you have them.
This gets the tuning in the ball park and then fine tune at elevation.
I am also close to the other post's on fuel pressure.
