I have the Mateflex 2 flooring in my Charmac enclosed trailer. I am very happy with the durability of the product after moving sleds and motorcycles around on it over the last three seasons. You have to look real close to see where the carbides have left marks on the flooring.

I think the Mateflex 2 flooring would work very well over top of a concrete floor as long as you could secure it around the perimeter to keep it from moving.
