Many guys running 153x3" on their vipers and what are the opinions???

I went 162 x 3 on a camoplast X3 and regret it. The camoplast paddles fold over very easy and makes it great in powder only. Every place else it is sub par, next season I am going powerclaw 3 inch.

Sting, should have got the 16 wide and cut it down to 15. I had the X3 15 wide and would agree, the paddles do flex more.

I've been running the PC 3" on my LE, and overall I'm fairly happy with it. In the spring snow it does like to spin more compared go the 2.6. It doesn't hook nearly as well in the set up or hard pack. In the deeper snow, and bottomless it's far superior. It's crossed my mind to replace with a 2.6, but is too much of a hassle for not much of a gain IMHO.

Yep, got it from Tracks USA and they cut down a 16 to a 15 for me because they were out of 15 when I bought mine. Our other Viper is a 153 Powerclaw 2.6 so I get to compare the two side by side and the Camoplast is coming off this summer.
