Oh got ya. Yeah I'm looking at the tubular 48" helmet rack but really spendy for wat it is. So I might just make one if I can get the tube steel bent.

I have installed these in a couple of trailers: http://www.norracks.com/ I have had really good luck with them, they are a high quality product and they are sledders too!!!

Wow I have never heard or seen that brand. I like the boat rack too. I was looking at the 48" tubular helmet rack or making one like it but this is just as nice and way cheaper the if I were to buy the tubular one, and it's about the price of the material if I was going to build it.

I can't remember what the product is called, but it is a tread plate pattern, adhesive backed applied directly to the wood flooring. I also went a couple feet up the walls with the rubber covered wood for durability.

I decided to put down Superglides as well, so there is zero wear on the floor right now. However I have moved my sled across where there were no glides, and it did not cut the flooring. I don't think I would want to do it that way full time though, and the rubber is slick when wet.

Did you do the flooring yourself? If you remember what it is called let me know, I am looking at doing something different in my trailer this year.

Thanks

It got a little dinged up last season combined with the fact that I moved myself with it ... got some dents and whatnot to hammer out of the cabinet up front here before too much longer ;)

Additions this season will be some overhead cabinets, oil racks, and perhaps some ski guides.

First 2 are as I got the trailer. The 3rd is a work-in-process shot. Still trying to figure out how to lay things out and still have the front door be usable for everything.

Heres the rig....I'll get some interior pics once I bring it home from Storage.

33 Trition Prestige. Full Aluminum, 40k dual stage Heater, ducted to forward cabinets which dires out boots and helmets in minutes :) 3k Inverter plus
2.5k Onan onboard. Full tool chest full with the basics, plus full cabinetry and Yamaha Surround sound :) Superglides and Superclamps keep the sleds on place. Fold up work bench and fold down seats for changing. Holds 4 with lots of room or 5 which can all be 174" with little room to spare. Dome lites, wall lites, rope lites and 110v flourescent tubes to really light it up. Exterior loading and patio lights as well. Tows like a dream and is a great place to hang after a day on the snow.

The large black cabinet in the front came from:

http://pitposse.com/

The lights just came from trailer supply store.

The fold out table thingy is homemade and just wrapped with black felt like they wrap speaker boxes with.

My fold out benches (not shown in the pictures) came from Trails West trailers in Idaho.
