Superchips Tuner/Programmer 7.3l Ford

I buddy just sold his SC's programmer for his Dodge and the other owner was able to probram his truck. I thought these were VIN locked ... I have a SC for a 7.3l Ford - anyone know if I can sell it ? and will someone be able to use it? Thanks Derek

I don't beleive they are Vin locked like that.Longs if you return the program back into the programer it will work.Vin locked means you can't program your's and programs someone else at the same time.
