I just blew my belt after 700 Mtn miles, I had a cat spare belt with and I couldn't tell a difference over the Axys belt for the hour I rode with it. But I will be putting a new OEM belt back on and just keeping the cat belt as a spare since there is a sheave angle difference as mentioned.

Do you have the Quickdrive? We are doubling our clutch belt life when gearing down these sleds by 20%. Also you blew that belt just in time to knit yourself a sweater for Christmas with all those strings.

I have the chain case. That string was all wrapped around my primary, that was fun to unwind haha. It blew with no warning.

Sweet the cat belt works just as good as an oem belt with 700 miles.
Sounds epic. Lol

I ran the 048 cat belts on my Pro with the primary machined from Carls to the same angle the Axys runs now for 3 years and zero problems with those belts. If anything I would make a guess that the angle better suited the 048 belts which should hold true for the Axys.

I am running those belts again, they do not explode like Polaris belts, the belt dust is less as well and the price is cheaper if you can find them. Problem is you guys are buying them all up! lol
