I can view the shoutbox and classifieds but nothing else.

never got a pm, last one was in august for the Sept issue

Your account is in perfect working order.
You should have exactly the same access as all the other Lifetime members do.
Which Browser were you using.
Have you tried an alternate browser to see if you get the same results?
I use explorer. Logged in on chrome and it worked. Maybe some tweaking for us old timers who don't like to upgrade anything if we don't have to, like my browser 
I used internet explorer on a windows 10 computer, no problem.
I used internet explorer with Windows7
I never received an email about the beta testing, although I am a pretty new lifetime member
