I also have done 1 to that same sled. Its doable, directions were good. You basically have the sled stripped to a tunnel track and engine. Have a confortable place to do it, it takes a while.
This may or may not work...but put an ad out there looking to swap with someone. It worked for my buddies RMK. Someone had a e-start sled and wanted to put a turbo on it and get rid of the e-start. They pulled both the sleds into his shop and swapped all the parts back in forth. Best part was it was free! You never know worth a try.
