Right handlebar heater only works when on low. Suggestions where to start with diagnosis.

If it is only one side not working, it is only in the wiring to that side or a bad high side of the element. Start off at where the element wires plug into the harness on the bars and work back to the switch. You could just check the resistance of the heating elements to see if the high and low are both OK.

I took the grip off and noticed when I shortened my bars to match the width of my wife’s NXTLVL bars last fall, I knicked the element and seeing lack of connection on outside of element. BEATING HEAD AGAINST CINDER BLOCK WALL AT SHOP!
