2012 pro with a damaged chain case, replacing with another chain case, I know the 11's weren't glued but the 12's and on were, would you take the time and money to glue the new one on or run it without gluing it? lords is almost unattainable here for some reason and if you want It, its ridiculous money.

I glued my 11 when i put it back together, worth it i think.

Go to your nearest autobody supply shop and ask for fusor 110b (5-10mins working time) or fusor 108b (40-50mins working time).

I found the 110b to be enough working time.

Its made by lord and is the commercial equivalent to the polaris industrial grade lord adhesive (straight from the western canada lord rep's mouth).

See this thread for the glue placement:

Fusor From Napa, Found in their Martin Senior Line

The glue will add strength and rigidity (Without glueing it, it will flex like a Cat or a Doo does). Which means things won't stay in alignment and the predictability of the sled goes out the window (you won't know if the chassis is going to flex or the suspension will react as intended).

The Fusor adhesives are carried by NAPA under their Martin Senior line. FWIW

Got it done on the weekend, never used glue, couldn't find anywhere local that carried either the 406 or th fusor so I threw it back together without, no change in any riding characteristics at all. Back on the snow!!
