Help! IQR headlights dimming after giving it a little bit of throttle

So when my sled is idling the headlights are bright. As soon as I give it a little bit of throttle they dim super low. I'm not sure what the reason for this is. Looking for any imput please. Thanks

99%

99% sure its your voltage regulator! I have had the same problem.
