There is a small bolt in lower portion of cover that you take out while you fill through the hole that has rubber plug. When oil comes out the small bolt hole, it's full.
To drain you'll have to remove cover. I always tipped machine on it's side, removed cover, suctioned out oil, cleaned inside and then put it back together and refilled.
