Front heat exchanger problems

has anyone had any problems with 02 RMK front heat exchanger getting a hole between the heat exchanger and bulkhead? I have had it happen 2 times now both in the same place, there is no obstruction between the exchanger and bulkhead. The exchanger is getting a hole where they weld them together. Any suggestions?

Bypass it and buy a double pass cooler from Van Amburg.

Lots of them seem to do that . I have that vanamburg cooler for sal if interested its for a 151/159 edge or escape.pm if interested

The van amburg cooler solves a lot of problems. It adds some weight, but adds much cooling to.
My front cooler is still installed, but next season it will be removed and chaincase will be dropped and rolled to allow running larger drivers.
