So I have a 8 X 10, aluminum, tilt trailer made by Sled Bed. It has been around the block a time or two as I bought it in 1998. So this summer I tilted the bed and one of the bolts sheared off at the pivot. Over the weekend I flipped the trailer over to repair it. Well it is safe to say both pivot bolts are frozen in place. So at this point I believe I have two options. Drill the bolts out or heat and pound them out. What have you done to fix this? I am hoping that heating the bushings will allow me to pound them out??
