Looking to buy some of these radios to make it easier to find each other and can talk also. Does anyone use them and if so do you like them or is there something better?
We have 4 530's we use for hunting and i love them. My mother gets lost all the time it allows me to find her when she doesn't know were she is. You can also scan radio channels to hear others talking and it will show there location. Good way to gather info on were the elk are or aren't sometimes. I have used them a few times for snowmobile rescues. Real nice to have to topo maps with all the roads, and the ability to talk to others.
