THIS PART WILL RESHAPE THE OIL RESERVOIR NECK OPENING BACK TO ROUND TO STOP LEAKS .. MAKES TIGHTENING AND REMOVING OIL CAP MUCH EASIER .. OIL CAP WILL NO LONGER POP OFF RESERVOIR THREADS WITH SLEEVE INSTALLED .. ELIMINATES A POTENTIAL FIRE HAZARD AND BRAKE FAILURE

I got one of these today from Dan for my 2011 Crossfire. Dan is a great person. Will be putting it in this Sat. Dan come up with this after his own sled had a warpped neck. It fixed the problem and he now wants to help any other sledders that are having the same problem. He asked me if he could put this on here and I told him and if it is going to help fellow sledders, I'm all for it. That's one of the reasons we all are on here.

Got mine in last night. Had to take the o-ring out of the cap, so I could get more threads. Filled oil tank up and pulled sled over and held it for 1-2 minutes. Sit back over and checked for leaks and had no signs of any. If it was going to leak with out o-ring in cap, i think it would have done it by then, but maybe not. Did anyone else have to take the o-ring out of cap and have you had any leak problems?

i have about 200 sleeves with a thicker wall that i am sending out before breaking into this new sleeve style .. only sleds this thick wall sleeve doesnt fit is the ZX, CK, F, and S chassis SKIDOO

3-days out west and had no issues, even with the o-ring out of the cap. Great product and recommend to anyone having trouble. Thanks Dan:rockon:

Well, i bit the bullet after pulling the oil cap off of my 2004 Pro-x2 600. Had oil everywhere under the hood, cleaned and alum brited the engine bay while the motor was out. Oil fill was oblong.

Sent Dan a PM yesterday, said it would fit, could only get 1.5'' opening and 1.75 where it was out of round...

Showed up today in the Mail.

Just like he said about 2 minutes with a hair dryer on HOT and insert and o-ring slipped right in.

Great Fit, Great Product!!!
