when i grab the rotor can turn it about 1/2 inch before the splines on the rotor hub grab the splines on the shaft, is this normal? can also wiggle it side to side about a 1/4 inch. seems loose but not sure... 07 rev

i know on mine i have a bit of side to side movement and forward/reverse movement but im not sure how much. your side to side seems normal, not sure on the front/back.

I have the chain case off my boys 06 right now. That was one of my concerns as well there was alot of movement. I found that the key was wearing. Not a big deal but seeings i have it off I wll change the key.

I just measured mine and it moves about 3/16 to 1/4" and it has a brand new key in it. Probably had about as much as yours before I replaced it.
i figured this would be splined on both sides, can see why the key gets wore out...
