Powder Lites has 800 SkiDoo turbo kits coming for next season.
We will be doing a few prototype builds for guys who are close by for more testing before this season is done.
If you want a kit please give us a call as we are taking deposits and would like to know how many guys are looking into a turbo kit.

SAWEET!!! lovin the mid mount kit... getting the weight up in the center is a good idea for a sled that definately is a little hard to lay over, getting the weight up helps out with the laying over.

i bought one of PLs 4 stroke kits for the 1200 xr last fall now it looks like i will have to buy a 2 stroke kit by the way dave would answer the cell phone on sat afternoon and help with dumb questions the price is what everyone is going to want to here

800 Turbo kit

No stock headlights, there is holes to mount a pair of Piaa style lights that work great at night and the venting sure helps with underhood heat.

The Kit starts with a Powderlites 2860, 2.25" divorced downpipe and a Hindle muffler with a tunnel dump exit. The sled is very close to stock in sound.

The charge tube is about 14" in length and has a bov that has been modified to vent very early to eliminate run-on. There is no power jets in our kit, float bowl pressure is managed correctly to eliminate the need for additional fueling, set the jets and go!

An msd fuel pump and regulator are included as well as all hoses, clamps, fittings, etc. The oil tank has a visual sight to monitor oil level, and ss braided oil feed line to last.
