Ok, I just looked at my spacers, and from what I'm guessing my ski stance is set in the middle. Am I correct? Can I take out the spacers on the inside and move them to the outside?

Its a piece of cake. Just remove the bolt and change the spacers to the inside if you want the narrow ski stance, outside if you want the wide. Clean it all and put some grease on the various parts as you re-assemble it and it will come apart much easier next time.

How big of difference is the adjustment from middle to narrow? This should narrow stance about 1 inch. Is the sled that much easier to pull around with such a small difference? Thanks.
