Good places to explore as a noob to alaska??

Hmm;
The Pio, Ave, Koots, Humpys, Blue fox, Long Branch - in that order- will keep you busy for a weekend.

Theres some killer terrain to be had, but watch out for the "big holes".

Im confused, your looking for places to ride your snowmachine right, not bars?

I would say petersville is a good area to explore because they got fresh snow, but if you are on the peninsula, then turnagain or lost lake might be you best bet. But the conditions weren't the best the last time I was there though. You can find a list of all the riding areas up on the top of the main post page in Alaska under the sticky thingy.
