I have been wearing the Mojave pants for ATVs and sledding for probably 3-4 or so years now. They have the mesh type venting in the front that cannot be closed. I have never wanted to close the vents on the ATV or sleds. While sledding I just wear those and then the Klim Togwotee bibs over them and i have never been cold. If it is going to be cold on the ATV I wear some long john type pants underneath the bike pants and thats it. If its going to be much colder and rainy or bad weather I have just worn an old pair of snow bibs overtop of them and I have been toasty warm too. 99% of the time I jsut wear the pants in the summer and it keeps me cool with the vents. Only bad thing is at the dunes if someone decides to spray you with sand, the sand can get into you legs and rub you raw if you are sweaty when the sand sticks to your body.

Not sure if any of that helps at all or not. :face-icon-small-hap
