new puller. egr & cooler deleted, 5'' turbo back exhaust, ARP head studs, H&S tuner with custom MCC engine & tranny tuning, a little custom painting on the grill, handles, tailgate, 2'' leveling springs, wheels/tires, and a few other goodies.

with the emissions parts in the garbage and running the tuner with custom tunes, i got 2 mpg better pulling my 5th wheel, 3-5 mpg better empty......so im curious to see what it will do with the sled trailer.

in the big horns, on our way home from yellowstone over this past summer

New to me SLM sled deck!!!

2012 3500 Mega Cab long box conversion with my new to me Silver Lake sled deck I just picked up yesterday! It'll be nice when it's just 2 of us going and then I don't have to haul my big enclosed GN trailer around.

Sorry about the dirty truck pics lol. I didn't have time to get it washed yet.

Got the floor painted, walls need it too, but floor was bare so it became the priority

Loading lights, side and rear. Got it wired in so the rear come on for back up lights.

and the final piece for this season, the boot dryer :face-icon-small-hap

She still needs some cleaning up, but I bought it too late in the fall to get it all done. It will get some ductwork, interior trim, 6" diamond plate exterior trim, new jack (current one doesn't clear the propane bottles on the toung...sucks cranking it up and down half a turn at a time), and some fold out benches this spring/summer.
