Last year i was running slp cheater head + durability kit in my 16 rmk assault, this year i'll ride silber turbo and I want to know if i can keep my SLP cheater head or if i need to reput the stock head.

With the head + fix kit i was arround 130 psi of compression at 0-3000 ft.. Is it to high for turbo?

Thank, charles

Honestly go back to stock, them heads are designed to generally increase compression a bit for some power gains, and especially for your elevation you want less compression as the turbo will take up for that. If you kept the head. You'll have to run higher octane fuel than the usual requirement and for no power gain.

I would ask you if you are willing to throw more octane at it before I answer.

Safer? Stock head. And not sure who your durability kit is from but if it isn't from MTNTK, then you should chuck the kit in the trash can.

Not many turbo Axys are running anything other than stock pistons or a MTNTK kit.
