Well I tired....

I tired to "report a problem" on cats website telling them that they must have missed something that the video for the mountain tech was an old video and not one 2018 is featured in this video. Even the XF and ZR video feature 2017 sleds...? Can anyone explain this? Also that no weight loss or how much is mentioned anywhere.... great marketing

Well seems as thought they have no idea what the word means, they have a great product, might even be top dog or close to it now, but how am I supposed to get hyped up and excited if you aren't even excited? Give me a tech video with the 18's in it! You have great little pictures that showcase the feature add to it!
And for god sakes! Give me someone that can look into the camera and be excited about the product!
