MMSports.

It would be cool to see your idea for tying into the bulkhead.

IMO... best not to rivet into the bulkhead casting... but rather use a bolt location on the bottom side.

I like the idea of having it as a bash-bar as well, as long as the load is distributed over a wider area.

I like the last one! I just dont like the idea of going deep into the mountains without the ability to tow another person out.

We have it drawn up looks real good going to be under 3lb looking at 2.2 so far we should have something to look by mid week.It will offer more protection and more support as to not break things if you do tag something.

MM... how do you plan on attaching the lower leg to the bulkhead?

It would be great if you could utilize the bolt in the middle bottom of the bulkhead with some sort of "U" bracket aft and some thing that ties into the fwd area without modifying the pan.

That middle bolt is surrounded by a pocket that would give good strength to the junction and distribute load on the bulkhead as well.

Keep up the good work, cant wait to see what you have to offer!

Your cat bumpers look very nicely made.

Do you plan on offering Polaris Red, and the Blue from the Snowchecks?

Yes we plan on using that bolt and stock with extra gussets to help strengthen mounting points. The purpose is to make the mountin strong enough that the bumper bends not the sled and save sled part like the pipe and frame.

Colors you mean cat green or orange will not work ?

Will will stock white, black, blue and red with custom colors on order.

We are distributing the Edge Works bumper now. Ill post installed pics soon as well as some close ups.

The construction is amazing, mil-spec finish on the tube so your hands aren't as prone to slipping off, stout enough to use a snobungie on.

Check of www.feethookers.com for info shortly.

yeah, I screwed up riviting the rubbers under the hood.......they should fit alot better

easy to mount, has closed wings and seems to be alot more stout than the factory........plus the ends are closed off so they wont hook anything

now i just need the red decals (already added red/black vents) and shes ready to shred!

Got my Skinz installed last night and put 24 miles on it today.

I'm VERY happy with it.

I do like that TCP bumper because it completes the wrap around the ends. Cool.
