Daughters 340 burned down this weekend. After inspection, it appears the oil tank vent line kinked. It may have been my fault, I was messing with the bars the other day, and didn't even know the line was there.

Is there another/better way to vent the oil tank? Someone have a idea. Thinking maybe using something like the Doo with the check valve.

Thanks!!!

Just go to the parts store and buy a one way check valve to fit the vent line that is there. Clip it short, put the check valve in and let it hang under the hood.
