What gas tank from a 1M fits a '99 PS EFI?

Updating a '99 Powder Special 600 with a 1M tunnel and a 1M Boss seat. But I thnk I need a 1M gas tank to fit the seat. Which 1M tanks will swap in without much if any work? Any 1M EFI?

Any 1M tank from '04 and on will work and I think all mountain cats will work too. You would just have to cut the seat off the mountain cats. Cat had EFI on a lot of 1M models from '04 on.

1m series started in late 02 or the ZR3 mountain cat series started in 01!

But the seats from 01-03 were one piece, 04+ ZR/MC tanks will work many came in EFI 900s.

HUH! My 02.5 or ER 03 900MC was two piece and I know the 03 800MCs were two piece! So 03-04 or up to 06 King Cat parts will work.

Lol yes your right, sorry I have had to many different sleds over the years. I think 01 started two piece, i know for a fact all the 2000s and back were 1 piece. But he is after the fuel pump so you wont find them till 03-04.

02 Mountain Cat efi tank will work if you just cut the seat plastic off. Tank is the same other than that. I put one on a 04 King Cat I had with efi and it worked great. I know 04 didnt have efi but I'd replaced a blown carb motor with one.
