I have a 2012 with 65 miles on it 2 rides rev. Works 1 out of 5 times. Gears are all good. Doing a track swap. Looks like I can just leave all the gears and chain off and be alright. Except for lower gear. Or get a spacer. Is this true.

You need to put a spacer on the upper gears to lock it in forward and hold down with a bolt on shaft end. An aftermarket 800 jackshaft works best then you get a spline gear vs that pos they set it up with.
Did your sled get the updated servo for reverse with the cam lock gizmo? I have had zero issues with mine since.
