Just bought a new 2012 m1100t adding a,straight pipe. And I will send off my ecu to be flashed to 215 evo. But I want to ride it first, so I can see the difference. But I was wondering if the straight pipe alone is going to help. Or is it just weight reduction. Thanks.

mufflers and straight pipes make really nice power gains. If you just do the straight pipe style muffler it gains 12-13 horsepower with a stock tune. If you add our outlet manifold the combo will make 20-22hp. So you can bolt on a lot of power very easily. And with the full 3" system your knocking on near a 30 hp gain.
