Triple Disc Torque Convertor, Shift Kit, and Redline oil for 48RE Transmission

I have a ITW Triple Disc Torque Convertor that has never been installed, a Trans-Go Shift Kit, and all the Redline Synthetic Oil that you would need to do your 48RE Dodge Automatic Transmission. what brand is this converter? can u give more info? this shift kit, is it a valve body or what does it consist of?

It is a ITW torque convertor, it is a transmission shop out of Idaho Falls Idaho and the shift kit is a Trans-Go brand, it consists of new o-rings, springs, and valve body plate. It doesnt replace the whole valve body. I bought an 04 and the guy had it all ready to go in, i just dont need it. I have a guy looking at it here for $800 but is waiting for his taxes.
