49, been riding out west for 20 years. Best year ever last year so gave it up, figured would never be able to repeat the trip and any future ones would be a let down. Nephew talked me into a snowbike to mix it up. He didn't have to twist my arm too hard. Going KTM500exc with a '16 MH-LT. Should be interesting....

further proof that this isnt a poor (aka young) mans sport!!! most of the snowbikers ive ever came across, and most of the pics ive seen of snowbikers, are guys that are 40+ and more established in life with good careers, paid off houses, extra disposable income, grown kids, etc.... dont see too many 20-25 year olds on brand new, done up, $25,000 snowbikes thats for sure!!! not a cheap sport to be in I know that!

My son is 10 and rides a KTM sx350 timbersled 120
He rode a Honda 450 with the 2020 Yeti 129 mx a couple of weeks ago on Vail pass and easily rode it -including a 700' vertical 45 degree climb
Kids can ride full size snow bikes
