Untracked & Unpacked Riding in NW CO with links to videos, weather & avalanche info
On Monday, Wild Skies' Cabin rentals (90 minutes SW of Steamboat Springs, CO) received 18" of snow on the mountain top. Only two others riders up there outside our group of four. Great riding and spectacular scenery. Can see Steamboat Ski Resort from a few miles south of the cabin. Still have Feb 4-17 available for rent and our Craig, CO location has great availability in 5 different cabins just a 15 minute drive to the trailhead at Black Mountain (Western side of Steamboat Lake).
