Display not lighting up

So Sunday after riding a good amount of powder my sled and a buddy's 2016 Axys displays didnt light up for a few minutes mine did same thing yestersday in the morning ran great all day. Anyone else experience this and if so is there something serious that could be going wrong.

Was it when started cold? Was the idle pretty low? With a low idle the displays won't light up and the headlights will flicker/not work. Usually clears up if you blip the throttle or bring the R's up.

Idle was fine both times and did rev it a little lasted more then a minute and my buddys was on longer then that

Are they snowchecks with the pidd display? I'm not sure if its just the snowchecks, but the display is powered by one of the two relays near the egt sensor I believe. Might be having an issue with that freezing up if in cold weather and moisture has gotten inside.

Yes still doing it start it up no display until engine warms up then display works fine
