Just bought it today and was very surprised to see that there is no reverse, not even a reverse button (capped) where it normally is on other sleds. I've heard of 03 that didn't come with reverse, but this is the first for a 04 model. Anyone out there has the same? Thanks

Pretty sure you got what they call a 03.5 rev, which was the first in the rev chassis but did not come with reverse. All true 04 rev's had reserse as far as I know. Sorry dude, not having it if you've had it before is going to suck!!
2003.5 were 144's only. What's the serial #, I can run it for you and tell you exactly what you got.
Oh yeah she's definately a 2004.
I did check into the history of the sled, no warranty claims against it, no troubles for the first 2 years by the looks of it.
