2004 Sabercat Extension Kit

I am looking to purchase all necessary components to extend my 2004 Sabercat 700 128 to either a 144" or 151" track

Also would need a track to go along with the kit
144x15x2.0 (Cut down to 13.5 would be even better)
OR
151x15x2.0 or 2.25 (Cut down to 13.5 would be even better)

If you have anything that I would need let me know what you have and what kinda $ you want.

I am in Canada so shipping to Canada is a must!
