2008 Skidoo summit 800 lacking power

I have a 2008 skidoo and my dad has the 2009 skidoo, same model, and his sled has way more power than mine.

My sled has a newer top end than his with RK Tech Pistons.

It seems like my sled should have more power than his since I have the newer aftermarket pistons.

I had my clutch redone by a shop and the clickers tuned by a professional mechanic, that didn't help.
I get 8100 rpms when climbing a hill.

I would like to think that it's not a clutching problem and has something more to do with the jetting or carburetor.

Does anyone have any suggestions for making my sled run stronger?

what is the compression with the new pistons?
What is the crank run out?
Is the belt defection set correctly?
Have you checked the motor mounts?
Do you have a stock can or after market can?

Does anybody know if the gas to oil ratio or jetting could be causing this? I do see black smoke coming out the exhaust when doing a pull. Maybe to much oil?

What is done to yours? Head? Comp ratio? Other mods?

It makes a difference.
