Who makes an XM bumper than will reinforce tunnel to stock boards?

I installed a Skinz bumper but it is about 3" short of the boards and I tweaked by tunnel in that 3" spot of course.

Appreciate any help!

Can't help with the bumper, but CFR makes these tunnel supports for Doos: http://cheetahfactoryracing.com/collections/blades/products/blades. You could use them to beef up and straighten out your tunnel.

Do you have a pic with stock boards? Exactly what I need IF they extend beyond the end of the stock boards.

For what the CFr blades are really I would not buy them. Over priced for what they are, you maybe could get someone to build something cheaper. Considering what a sheet of Aluiminum cost they most likely paid for it in the cost of one set of blades an get close to 10 of them out of a sheet.
Make me wanting to get my metal forming stuff to my new shop an build stuff sooner than later.

I don't here. You may have to trim the tail end of the stock board to make it all fit. But we're talking like a 1/4 to 1/2" of just the outer rail. I'll poke around and see what I can find for you.

CFr I don't even think are a 1/4" thick maybe 3/16 at most. But look more like a 1/8.

Sounds like you originally got the wrong size bumper. I've had 2 different Skinz bumpers and both reinforced the tunnel w no gaps as you described.

Sounds like you already got your problem solved, but Itek industries bumpers are another option and they are stout.

I made my own with tunnel strengthening in mind. 3/16" thick aluminum with 1-1/4" round tube for grab bar.
