I have the Van Amburg, I like it, i also know Tracks USA makes one but its not as stout with the mounting points. This is the sled i built last spring, i love it.

Yea, normaly whatever is in the back of my pickup (daily driver) is with more than the rig.

I think if no one buys this thing I'll probably put a bigger motor and 141 or 153 powerclaw.

I had a piece of tunnel bent to the right width by a local metal shop.

I had a plasma cutter, skill saw or jig saw would work. Aluminum flapper wheel to clean up the cuts. And I had a spool gun to weld it but you could probably take the whole sled to a welding shop and have the tubing welded in.

Also I clamped the two side pieces together while grinding on them so the match.

I did the VE Bumper kit (my sled is the one on the red stand on their website)
I like the foot boards that come with it, and it is an easy install. I used the 144" kit with a 150" track

Hey would you happen to have the dimensions for the tunnel extension? Looking to make one As well but not sure on the length for the top piece and I don’t want to waste a piece of aluminum.
