Get one of those allen key locking collars for the drill bit to make sure you don't push through into the coolant line - when your doing a bunch of rivets it's too easy to hit it with the bit spinning.

Same as above, just drill drill drill.. it's not a difficult job and they aren't the hardened ones like on the proclimb. I can't say enough about the harbor freight air rivet gun, literately done 100's of them with ours.

Can you run the 162" tunnel with the 174" track? Guys have been running the 162" with the 153" tunnel.

I'm just concerned about how delicate the rear cooler lines look

it appears that one false move with the drill and whammo, now you have a hole, was thinking about maybe using an air chisel for the bigger 3/16th rivets on the inside of the tunnel.???

but definitely not on the cooler lines

I went slow and just taped off the depth I wanted on the bit to not hit the coolers. I've also used a larger bit and just drilled the heads off the rivets as well. Good luck man.

It's easy, a little intimidating when you first start but once you get going there's nothing to it! Give er, it's well worth it!
