Hi
I have some tuning questions for my 2012 m800 turbo.
On my first testrun with BD preset numbers it was veary lean on the entire fuelcurve. except for at full throttle. But I still had to at fuel on top to get rid of "octn" kode.
I have increased the fueling numbers and its much better now. But I get lean spots and I probably run fath in some rpm's/throttle positions.

i run at 2000ft, 5psi, with stock head and timing key
On full throttle i will now get 11,8 AFR, around 130chargetemp and dytycycle 84/94

when i was a little bit leaner on full throttle i would get "octn" in the display and 8400rpm. (i need to clutch it) I have BD clutchkit now.

my quetions are:
-how to is the right way to aprouch the tuning?
-If I must increase the 5100 LO beacuse of leanspot. is it given that 5100MD and 5900 LO always will be a higher number?
-What should the duty cycle be? some say max 85, some say change your CR number intill its between 90-95.
-what should the AFR be at the various rpm's?
-How to do you tune MD and HI on low rpm's?
-the throttle respons isn't any good. what do you think about go for a 36-46helix? i now have 42-40

This are my current numbers. As you can se i have increased alot on LO. beacuse of
that is where i am lean. When i go from Idle to WOT right away its fine. Its also pretty good when i slowy increase from idle to WOT.
But on a steady throttle it will hit lean spots.
Do you se any fundementaly wrong? I know i probably should have the LO numbers in rising numbers when rpm increases.

4300: 00 00 00
5100: 20 03 05
5900: 29 18 06
6700: 23 29 13
7500: 30 25 30
8200: 10 28 36
8500: 00 30 40

I'm really confused about how to tune. the theory on LO seems simple enough. But it' doesn't seem to help alot getting down the AFR on low rpm's. Is it beacuse I only increase LO and not MD? Or is it beacuse i need to ad even more fuel.
The MD and HI on low rpm's i have no idea on how to tune beacuase i fly by these rpm's with that much throttle.

This was the preset numbers:

rpm : LO MD HI
4300: 00 00 00
5100: 00 00 05
5900: 11 13 15
6700: 12 16 19
7500: 16 17 20
8200: 10 22 26
8500: 00 23 31

Are the boxes set up differently than the past few years? No PSI L and PSI H circuits?

What are your "lean" AFR's at low RPM?

Yes it's different now "3D tuning"

My lean is everything from 14-16. When it was with the presset numbers it would go over 17-18

Okay. thanks
Maybe I do not have to worry to much then.
I was under the impression that 14-15 on idle was perfectly normal. And that the AFR should slowly drop down from there when you go up on speed.

13,5 on cruising and around 12 on WOT is what i have heard before.
