Sled has been running a little boggy lately here at 1000 feet...pulled plugs and they looked fouled. Looked down cylinders with scope large wash area on both cylinders. Slight cylinderwall streaking on both cylinders, nothing that looked above normal. Did compression test. Wide open throttle, cold morning engine, 148psi pto after 6 pull needle stopped moving, 140psi mag after 6 pulls needle stopped moving. To low? To much of a stagger? I did squirt a little oil into low side...pulled over mother a few times then rested that side...compression came up 10psi. Do I have an issue? Thanks

Compression is good, both numbers are good, difference is minimal. Won't be the issue of your bog. Probably fueling related? Exhaust valves?
