Look for a vacuum leak somewhere.

Throttle body boot not sealing, etc.

Hopefully a crank seal didn't get messed up

How do you tell if a crank seal is mess up besides pull it apart. Any kind of test?

Mine will idle cold around 2750 RPMs and once warmed up will drop to 2500 RPMs.

I also have a fuel programmer. I think it is called a "Commander"?

You can check the PTO side by spraying a little starting fluid ("either") while the sled is idling to see if the idle speed is affected.

You can't get to the mag side, so the only other test would be to use some rubber /steel/wood plugs in place of the throttle bodies and exhaust pipe. The rubber expandable freeze plugs sold at auto parts stores work great.

You 'll need to fabricate one with a 1/4" pipe thread hole to attach the Milton air compressor quick change fitting to.

Then pressurize with approx 10 p.s.i. of air and look for leaks with soap/water, etc.
