I have started 3 new sled builds for this season.
They are all M1000's getting some boost and various aftermarket improvements.

This one is a 2007 M1000 Sno Pro 162

First on the build list for parts:
-new crate motor
-Twisted Turbo Race Gas kit
-Twisted Turbo cold air intake
-Challenger Extreme 162 x 15 x 3"
-Canadasledparts.com steering post brace
-bparks bushings
-Black Diamond Extreme Diamond Drive Lite with HT 59/61 gearing with trackshaft
-new style Arctic Cat seat
-Fox Float updated skid
-2008 ecu with added electronic reverse

Next one is also 2007 M1000 with some mods.

-new drop brackets
-Twisted Turbo Race Gas kit
-Twisted Turbo cold air intake
-new black a arms and spindals
-Canadasledparts.com steering post brace
-bparks bushing kit
-new speedo
-new y pipe
-Diamond Drive Lite HT 59/61 gearing with trackshaft
-Challenger Extreme 174 x 15 x 3" cut down by Curtis @ Tracks Canada
-174 K Mod skid with Raptor shocks
-Raptor ski shocks
-new style black Arctic Cat seat
-new Cat Handlebars
-brand new 09 ECU-this will give it electronic reverse

I am sure I am missing lot of parts but will add them as I remember...lol

This will be the third one.New bulkhead here,just waiting on the new tunnel

Here is a track that I screwed up while cutting down...:face-icon-small-fro

These are tracks that I had cut down.I had Curtis @ Tracks Canada cut these down for me.Excellent job....they look factory.

Dave i can see this getting to be a tough thread to follow...can you break them out into 3 threads??? just a idea..
but looks like you have your hands full at the start of the season. and thanks for posting

Yes probally a good idea,with three Cats and a Apex build this season its going to get more confusing.
As I have given them all their own names I will start new threads when I get back home.

They are all for sale.I am building them all on what I have been led to believe are the best mods and products with all mechanical parts brand new.

I just jot my 3" ce today Dave, I'm going to take a different approach to cutting it than what we talked about, I will let you know how it went, wish me luck:face-icon-small-con

I had a little health issue and have not been able to work on them at all for the last month but heading to my shop this afternoon and planning on getting one ready for the Meteor Mine Hill climb next weekend!
